Monthly phone-in Q&A session for all MPs’ staff

The Members’ Services Team runs a monthly phone-in Q&A session for MPs’ staff, which takes place over MS Teams.  It is open to all MPs’ staff, regardless of their job role.

If you would like to pre-register any questions, you can do so by emailing [email protected], but they will also take questions without notice at the event and will do their best to answer as many as they can during the meeting.  They will provide written guidance following each session.

Each MP staff phone-in will be themed, so if there is an issue impacting your role that you would like them to cover, please do let them know by contacting [email protected].

The next events will be taking place on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 16 December, 3-4pm – the theme will be dealing with distressed and suicidal callers
  • Thursday 28 January 3-4pm
  • Friday 26 February 2-3pm
  • Friday 26 March 12-1pm
