The Peers’ Staff Network was set up in Irving Anderson’s memory (whose original idea it was), he worked extremely hard to get it up and running before his sudden death in November 2024. Irving  worked for Lord Norton of Louth for many years and felt there was room for a Peers’ Staff Network so staff could have space to communicate, network, mentor and support each other.
